all of OR, but mostly AXO and XO
I've heard theta does too but idk if it's as important for them as it is for OR houses

Theta does have a GPA requirement, but I do not think it is higher than most other houses that have a "grade" reputation. At this point, probably their reputation of performance/support in hard majors just attracts those with higher GPAs. Same can be said for other grade houses. PMNs concerned about maintaining high GPAs in college know the houses they will fit into coming into recruitment.
