by: culturewho thinks that North USA has no culture at all, the South has traditions and each state is kinda diff-kinda similar. But up North it's just all the same??

Depends on what you are defining as "culture"
Every region/state has some traditions and/or culture happenings.
In the northeast in the fall people travel to the woods for the autumn colors.
You have Macy's Thanksgiving day parade, same with July 4th celebration.
Those are big traditional events observed by many, there are many more like that such as the Rockefeller Christmas tree lighting.
