I am considering going to UA next year, definitely rushing and I was wondering if they look at your weighted or unweighted GPA for rush?

We look at the GPA the University gives us. If you don't know how they calculate that, you should probably actually apply to the school before you worry about recruitment.

They don’t look at your highschool grades at all, only your college grades.

Since everyone else is being rude/incorrect, I'll tell you: it is the university-determined GPA which is unweighted. This is because some schools don't weigh, some only weigh for AP, some have different weights for AP vs. honors vs. dual enrollment, etc.
