which houses are looks/party houses?

All houses have pretty/party girls and academic/religious girls but as a general rule, a phi, zeta, pi phi are looks/party houses, Phi Mu is the strongest looks house but they’re not as much of a party house, and kappa is a strong party house but not as much of a looks house. Kd is kind of a party house too but not as much as the others

Recruiting based on looks and having an attractive chapter are different. I think OP meant the former.
