the house behind tut? (phi kappa)

Who are these guys? I’ve never met someone associated with this house and never seen people go in or out. Also thought having letters on an off campus house was illegal? I looked them up and only found a wiki article about a high school feeder frat with the same letters but they don’t have any chapters in Tuscaloosa. Who are you Phi Kappa?

I think it's an off-campus party house for one of the existing groups -- not sure which one. There was a recent thread about this.
