Not being critical at all, but just because they're not getting cute girls doesn't mean they're going for quality. They had to get rid of most of their actives last year and were pretty much trying to get as many girls as they could in order to fill their house during recruitment. In fact, just from having looked at some of these girls earlier I'd say they are in a rebuilding period and will be for some years. They have a hard job in front of them.
