hc candidate rotation -machine-

What chapter is next in the rotation for the machine backed HC Queen candidate/winner 🙄? I know 2015 was Phii Mu, 2016 was AOPi, 2017 Tri Delt and this year KD.

2013 was also a KD and 2014 was also a tri delt. It’s not really a rotation as much as 1. Who has a qualified candidate and 2. Who has not pissed off the machine. Also they pick old row much more often than new row obviously

Before 2016 the last time there was a NR queen was 2007. That was also the last time the queen was OOS until 2015
