No ranking within tier
TOP
Alpha Chi/Chi O/Kappa/Phi Mu/Tri Delt
MID
ADP/Alpha Gam/DG/KD/ Pi Phi/Zta
BOTTOM
Alpha Phi/AOP/DZ/Gamma Phi/SK/Theta
Top
no need for an explanation for top houses
Mid
adp- top in grades, decent sisterhood, good pledge class although their top new members don’t seem to be proud to be there
alpha Gam- top grades but very bland
zta-popular, hot, lack grades, sisterhood, and low retention rates, seem to be recruiting well in state (as compared to other NR)
dg-top grades, good sisterhood/philanthropy, not as popular as other mid houses, often forgotten, seem to be recruiting well in state
kd-popular for average in state girls, southern frats like them, tons of questionable out of state girls, not very involved
Pi phi- solid house overall, good retention rates, involved on campus, houses like adp and zta are better in my opinion, they have been taking questionable pnms
Bottom
alpha phi- do I even have to explain?
AOP- good grades, half solid girls, half questionable, not sure in which direction their going, good philanthropy
dz- low retention rates, poor grades, half partiers, cute house
gamma phi- have been on the rise, some people will argue they belong in middle tier however they don’t have the grades, involvement, or sisterhood, recently they have recruited prettier girls with questionable grades... in three years or so they might have their spot in mid tier
SK- just the way it’s at Alabama, too many good chapters to compete with
theta- top grades, good sisterhood/ philanthropy, however it’s not a desirable house, they kind of remind me of chi o, if they play their cards right they could move up in a few years

ADPi and AOpi are nothing alike. Never met a single person who was preffing those two.
Seriously that is delusional AOPi. AOpi and Theta are right next to each other and very similar. Both are great houses so not sure why AOPi would be so negative about being compared to Theta. Theta has much better grades than AOPi

Seriously Pi Phi had the worst pledge class in ten years easily. Not sure what happened especially with the new house but the 2018 class was not even remotely pi Phi level
