Has anyone gone or plan on going to any of the Sigma Kappa events? Is anyone planning to go through their recruitment process??? I’m an transfer upperclassmen that didn’t go through recruitment and was considering this.

A current active wouldn't say "we need lower bid match rates/quotas... will sigma kappa help with this? yes, but only slightly. the ONLY way to truly combat the intense influx of PNMs every year is by allowing houses to be more selective." NPC rules changed a while ago & pretty much prevent that, mom. Check in with ur chapter to see why an active would never say that and update urself on the current NPC rules.

you clearly didn't understand what i said. i know that houses can't be more selective because of current rules panhellenic implements that's why I've been say "we NEED lower bid match rates/quotas"... what I'm trying to get at is it makes more sense to lift these rules and let houses be more selective even though everyone may not get a bid instead of pouring thousands into bringing new sororities to campus who may or may not succeed.

OR instead of actively trying to bring new sororities to ua, we could take a look at the ones that are already here... sig delt? i know there's a lot that influences why they don't participate in formal rush but they're still.
