Obviously there are a given amount of girls who graduate early and a couple who drop, it’s pretty obvious which houses have issues that go beyond just the normal amount of girls you lose each semester

Another reason, besides being good, that allows some houses to have better numbers is that some have a good amount of transfers in. Means the house is good enough that older transfers want to affiliate.

PNMs pay attention to this! Recruitment is a stressful, emotional week and rush can give false impressions of a house. Any house can present well for a week but you want to go somewhere where the girls are happy to stay! Retention says a lot and the divide between XO and Zeta on down speaks volumes! Be savvy enough to listen!!

This is so true!

I like the arguments for drops like transfers, early graduations, etc. butnthis holds true for all houses. The fact that four houses lost significant membership DOES tell a story.

still remain that no one knows the true retention rate at this time.

No one knows how many came back in each house for this fall.

This entire thread is 1/2 the facts.

pnms- See the competitiveness? Some groups lash out at any perceived weakness of other groups. Look for nice people in a house you might pledge. Also, this thread is about bashing a few houses who others fear in recruitment. They keep bumping and bumping this thread even though the numbers for this academic year are not known.

Go with your impressions. You will know.

I am not bashing anyone. But I think these numbers are certainly a more objective measure than the subjective ranks that are pasted all over the site. These are facts! And when fall 2018 numbers are released I think they should be considered also. Pan ❤️

If you really are interesting in presenting the facts, why don't you list the sororities who get together and from the force of their tight sisterhood make the most for charity?

I know why - it would not support your bash campaign because two top earners are Theta and Alpha Phi.
