Obviously there are a given amount of girls who graduate early and a couple who drop, it’s pretty obvious which houses have issues that go beyond just the normal amount of girls you lose each semester

Idk if it's just me but I feel like zeta cobd a lot more than 12 girls, but towards the end of fall semester so it wouldn't show in the spring grade report. and it looked like the new member number was just their pledge class. My roommate was a zeta and they always had "recruitment events" for cob and in her snapchat story during con initiation, there has to be at least 30 girls in there.

ZTA, APhi, ADPi and DZ have some very real issues going on. It's not worth picking a house only to drop. It's not good for members who drop, the ones who I remain active or house's overall reputation.

Guys would still rather date any of the above than you mean-spirited, awful personality, probably unattractive, retention rate obsessors. I'd bet none of you were ever invited to a New Orleans formal, and you're still bitter. Get a life and leave the pretty girls alone.

Also might show that some houses that constantly get blasted on here for ‘poor sisterhood’ like Phi Mu and GPhi might not actually be doing so bad. I think every house will have to deal with some cliques and in-fighting, but I doubt houses with SERIOUS issues will have great retention because at some point it’s not worth it to pay that much money to be somewhere you hate (especially for the NR houses with good retention, becacause of how many OOS girls they have)

To be fair, these numbers indicate the number of actives at the end of fall semester minus the number of actives at the end of spring semester, so it only shows who they lost this semester not girls who drop between bid day and the end of fall semester
BUT I do think that a lot of girls who are crying on Theta’s lawn on bid day end up being happy if they give it a fair shot

thats the point though, the girls that stay for fall semester and drop the spring semester are the ones that were truly unhappy, but gave it a shot. those that drop after bid day care too much of what people will say/think of them and don't give sisters a chance.
