Feel free to add to this but I think that this is a much more accurate representation of the houses than rankings.
Academic Houses: AXO, XO, AGD, ADPi, Theta
Competitive Houses (houses that take greekweek, homecoming week, etc very seriously): PM, XO, AXO, ADPi (only pomping):
Laid back houses: KD, KKG, DDD
Religious Houses: AGD, AXO
Looks Houses: PM, ZTA, APhi, kind of PI Phi,
Personal Appearance Houses (think put together): PM, AXO, ADPi, AGD
Involved Houses: AXO, XO, DG, ADPi, GPB, AOPi
Party Houses: KKG, ZTA, APhi, KD, DDD, Pi Phi, DZ, ADPi
Funny/Sarcastic Houses: KD, DDD, Pi Phi, KKG
Sweet/kind Houses: AOPi, AGD, AXO, XO
Southern Houses: AGD, KD, DDD, XO
Northern Houses: Pi Phi, APhi, DG, Theta, DZ, ZTA
Trendy/Stylish Houses: KD, PM, KKG, XO (from a northern girl’s perspective, ZTA and alpha phi would probably be the most stylish)
Houses Heavily Involved in their Philanthropy: DDD, DG, Phi Mu, ZTA

I agree that this was written with a specific agenda and is not particularly accurate.
Houses are so big now that every single one has all the things listed above. You may be sad about this, but it’s true: houses don’t really have personalities anymore, not strong ones anyway.

Curious what specific agenda you think OP had writing this? I don’t see any blatant bias, pretty accurate depiction of the general consensus of houses. The other comments have good corrections or additions to the categories.
These are very clearly “stereotypes” but to a degree they are important, in the sense that some girls aren’t looking to be around girls that are similar to them in personality and values.
There are absolutely girls of every type in every sorority, but a girl who is very religious and doesn’t go out might not be as comfortable in a house that promotes a ton of partying. Will she find friends in her house? Absolutely! But coming from a girl who values involvement and academics, there have been times where I wish that I knew that the house I pledged was way more into partying than I would have known in recruitment.

I believe that the OP is very OR centered and put her house in many of the categories while trying to downplay certain other OR houses and make them look less desirable
She is either an alum, or OR mom or OR active who knows very little about the vibe on campus outside her own bubble. In her list:
Many NR houses are competitive in campus events - only 1 listed
There are a lot of religious girls in NR houses - none listed
There are laid back girls in NR houses - none listed
Personal Appearance/Looks - only 1 NR house listed
Funny - only 1 NR house listed
Sweet/kind - only 1 NR house listed
Trendy - NR only listed in the parentheses
I’m just saying that I don’t think this is very objective or accurate

Except while it was not insulting it was pretty obviously written by someone in a specific sorority. Some of it is semi accurate but every sorority has girls that fit all those categories.
