If you are going by rush returns, this is correct. Even the bottom of Old Row puts on a better rush than the best of New Row. Kappa had the best return rates of everyone for 2017. Those are facts, people.

I’m on the same page that puts AGD much lower.
Too many girls kept getting AGD on their card even though they were ranking them low and didn’t want them. \n\n\n\n\n

I know this sight is called Greek Rank, but wake up, ranking is very bad for the Greek community. I have a friend at another school in 'the' top house. They suddenly are in financial trouble because their pledge class was considerably smaller than years past. Why? Because too many women would only consider their house and did not want to pledge other houses. Their house is already much larger than other houses. Quota was driven by low numbers at other houses and Panhel limited them to quota even though they have plenty of women who want to join.Now they desperately want women to join the other houses so they can add more to their roster and contribte dues. Their dues are about to go up considerably! Another friend I have at a different school also had the lowest quota in years. After women were cut fom top houses in second party, they had giant drops because women did not want to continue with lower stigmatized chapters. Thanks to Greek Rank, this is happening more and more at smaller schools. Bama is a dynamic Greek community because we have so many great chapters here. Our lowest ranked chapters would be top chapters at most other schools, because all offer fantastic social programming. The bottom four houses hold over 1000 women in total membership! However, like everywhere now, more women are dropping if they dont get into a top house. That social stigma we put on our own community by ranking means women think being GDI would be better than going Greek in these houses. So shut up about ranks and value all houses!

I agree that ranking chapters and Greek rank in general are bad but this has been going on waaaaay before Greek rank was a website

Get a life . Your 3 or 4 bottom houses Such as dz theta and Aoii are not as good as some top houses at other schools such as UF And Georgia. The top houses at Uf Zta, Adpi Kd and Tridelt are better than your top houses. UF students are stems and the can read and write. They are not southern Hicks. Florida is building new monster houses . Think before you speak. Your bottom houses are no different than other bottom houses.

How’s not being in a sorority bad? You get a higher GPA. And don’t use the term GDI, only a Greek would think that everyone needs to be labeled by their dysfunctional organization.

A) Zeta as top house s laughable. Top of NR at best.
B) You forgot KD, KKG, AGD and Gphi

Aphi is not a top house. If nothing else their grades and general lack of class would keep them in the low mid tier

You forgot AOTT. They have a beautiful new house and a lot of wonderful new pledges and members especially from OOS.
