definitely below average. DX or lambda chi are average new row fraternities and ZBT isnt even close to either of those

average, there are much less relevant houses below them. DX is not average, they are among the 5 or 6 very good new row houses, and Lambda Chi isn't among the very strong ones, but they are good/above average along with maybe ATO.

The order of the top 5 is pretty debatable, but you have the correct fraternities in those spots. Beta is probably better than Lambda and I'm not sure Sigma Pi should be above Kappa Sig or DTD.

A bad list. Phi psi needs to be on the bottom though. I mean they have no excuse to be as bad as they are, been here for a very long time but are behind the newest frats like chi phi and delta sig. Sigma Pi is too high as well.

They seem to be much more involved than most of the other new row houses on campus, and were ranked pretty well for grades last semester. I went to their OG Parker band party and it was lit

I’m not gonna compare them but all of the good fraternities at bama have big parties with big name people. The ZBTs i have met are cool definitely like to have a good time and are good guys. They have a good amount of people from all over the country

lol is this a joke? ZBT is ass. Amongst the lowest on Jefferson socially, they are a pretty wealthy house so that works for them, but other than that, they suck.
