Is Kappa really that hard to get into? I know an out of state girl who's not a legacy and has no connections who got in...she's average looking and middle class. Is this normal?

Pretty damn exclusive -- up there with KD and Tri-Delt when it comes to family money, zip code, and social prominence. That said, some girls just click with a group for other reasons.

Lies. Kappa and KD are the two easiest Old Row houses to get a bid from. DDD, XO, AXO and PM are the hardest to get bids from, so if that’s your definition of “elite” then those are the most “elite” houses.

Ur acting like kappa is on the same level as the more exclusive sororities. KD PhiMu and AXO are top 3 most exclusive. Don't let people fool you. Kappas grades suck. They r on the same level as PiPhi and ADPi. They have the rep of old southern money girls but if u actually look where the girls are from you'll find that kappa is one of the most open old row houses to out of state girls
