If you mean classy as in wealthy and well-connected: any of the Old Row houses but especially KD, Kappa, and DDD

If you mean classy as in well-rounded (pretty, smart, involved, good reputation): AXO, XO, and Phi Mu

If you mean classy as in friendly and down to earth: Alpha Gam, DG, and Gamma Phi
