Is Theta Chi ever going to actually get their new house? I keep hearing rumors about how it's not actually going to happen. I'd prefer if a Theta Chi could give us some insight.

According to actual sources online from the school OX is building a house (as well as Pi Kapp and a couple of sororities)

Well, I knew it said it would be built by fall of 2014. But I just keep hearing that the plans fell through and that it wasn't going to happen. I would just like to know if there's any validity in that, or if it's still set to be ready by fall '14.
