Son of Frank is a SX. No way DX ranks SX #2.
The wannabe 3 chis yap about themselves individually but each think they are the king of new row - especially OX.

they're in everybody's top 10 and I hear about their parties on occasion.
I recommended them and Pike and SX to a kid from my high school.
Can't say the same for some the decrepit Old Row houses.

hope you're joking. Unless he's recommending DKE or SAE he's not doing them any big favors by not just recommending the 5 or so new row houses that are outdoing most of the rest of old row.
