ZBT. Chi Phi\n\n\n\n\nPay close attention to the gaps and placement of the houses in each if these columns. This rank is based on history of the past 50 years.....not a current trend. Also, do not mix Old Row and New Row with this accurate ranking system I have formulated.....view them as two separate entities. Also, in each row (ex. LXA. Sig Ep. AKL. Phi Psi) the house can be rearranged....they are on an even tier...if you will. However, the placement where each house is at in the column, is relevant. Ex. Phi Delt is even in power (historically for the past 50 years) with DTD and Beta. Any house I did not list is irrelevant.

Yeah that’s really accurate I’m sure you’ve been keeping up with that for the past 50 years. Pike and pi kapp has totally had more power than sigma nu, phi delt and phi gam for the past 50 years when they all had houses by the stadium.
