florida & texas girls

Texas and Florida are not considered the "southern" states that most old row houses aim for. They usually focus on Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia... Sometimes Louisiana and sometimes Tennessee. That being said, you don't really have any leverage over Northern and Western girls in terms of getting into old row. Also, all old row houses are very competitive so you're going to need more than geography to get a bid.

KD and Kappa both have a large group of girls from North Carolina. Raleigh and South Charlotte in particular. Not really sure about South Carolina

The only time an OR house is going to prefer you over any other girl whether she be from other southern states (such as NC/SC/etc), Northern, and Western states is when said PNM is from an instate area. Each old row house has their preferences as to which towns they like to pull girls from, but that's the only time you'll see OR houses deliberately choose a girl based on her hometown.

It really depends on the city for the top old row houses. KD, Kappa, Tri Delt, and Chi O all love to take girls from places like Dallas, Austin, or Houston for TX, and Pensacola, Jacksonville, or Tallahassee for FL. That being said, you’re not really going to see girls from San Antonio and Amarillo, or like Miami and Orlando going to the top of old row. Realistically it’s all about southern proximity and who you know.

What you mean is that if it comes down to two very similar PNMs and one happens to be from FL or TX and the other one is from CT or CA, then the house will probably choose the girl from FL/TX. But usually most old row houses have enough girls to pick from that they aren't going to choose between girls like this.
