The TriDelt's I know are sweet and classy, friendly with lots of other sororities and do not exclusively hang with one fraternity. Although you will see a lot at maybe 3. Not social media wannabes, actually have fun and study. A few to watch out for though. May steal your man.

As an active, I want to give my genuine perspective. I came into rush feeling so loved by tri delt. They dirty rushed me so hard to make me feel wanted. Throughout rush, I felt like a celebrity in their house. So as a young 18 year old in a miserable rush week, of course I chose tri delt. You cannot put your finger on us. We have the antisocial girls, the party animals, the go-getters. A lot of people in house see this and claim it to be our biggest strength. Though, I have struggled, and so many girls around me in my house struggle. There’s no strong involvement, which I liked because I knew I wouldn’t feel pressure. But instead, there’s just no support or connections. Whereas, my friends in other houses have so much support and connections when it comes to academics, jobs, involvement, etc. I love this house and I love the girls in my house, but I can’t help but think daily that who I am as a person belongs somewhere else. Girls who rush in 2024, please think past the dirty rushing and try to find where you belong based on who YOU are. It’s not about how wanted you feel, it’s about where you’ll fit in most. Truly, it’s not 3x better with just one letter if you don’t belong here. I see other sororities being friends and hanging out with other houses, but in this house, it’s just us. And it stays that way. And it’s lonely. Please think about this when you rush. Our alum picks our lists at the end of the day, so you can’t even count on your best friends being in house with you if you’re on the other side of rush. There’s just some hard truths that aren’t always clear. The only perks I’ve found besides finding some friendships is feeling like a celeb at phi delt and our meals lol. We aren’t known to be the classiest, or most involved, or “top of the top”. Think past the dirty rushing, please. We do it on purpose so you don’t think about these things. We got a fabulous PC this year, so I hope and pray that it gets better and that less girls feel the way I do. But truly it’s just not always how it seems. That goes for every house. Go somewhere that you’d be proud to say you’re apart of, somewhere that you know the reputation will still be strong in 10 years. Not fresh off the COB list (couple years ago not currently) because of the issues listed above

I am a DDD alum from a couple years back. I enjoyed my time on campus as a tri delt but I’ve definitely gained some perspective since being gone about greek life as a whole. I had a great group of friends in Tri delt in my time there, did a lot of social activities, and had quite a few friends in different fraternities. however, I will say that my pledge class was extremely cliquey. A lot of the southern girls tend to stick amongst themselves and won’t give you the time of day unless they know you were a top during rush, you’re from the south, or an older girl connects you to each other. A lot of the southern girls know that they’re going tri delt before they even get there so they are friends before they even rush. It’s safe to say that a lot of old row sororities are like that, not just Tri Delt. Aside from this, I wouldn’t say that Tri Delt is overly strict. There are a lot of really nice and fun girls, you just have to find your group. they typically enjoy going out and partying, but also get relatively good grades. If I did rush all over now, I have no idea where I would be as I’ve changed a lot as a person but I will say that I don’t regret my time as a DDD. They’ve gotten some really awesome and beautiful pledge classes over the years and I do think they are on the rise.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Dear any PNMs, GET OFF GREEK RANK!!! Greek rank is a place where LOSERS come to rant out their beef with various greek organizations anonymously because they can without any consequences. They do this to sabotage images of the other houses they hate. Don’t let someone else’s hate steer you away from somewhere you feel you belong or are interested in being part of. Think about your own values and what sisterhood means to you, and go to the house that best represents that. Someone else’s hate is not yours to carry. Best of luck!

They actually suck. They’re not involved at all on campus, they’re boring as all get out and they’re extremely unrelavent. They rush only girls from alabama and are very very kept to themselves. They only think they are hot because they are tri delt but are NOTTT nice girls at all

They are a pretty lame sorority. They do stick to themselves and don’t really socialize with anyone else.

this sisterhood is nothing but shallow. based on their instagrams it seems absolutely amazing... but you can't trust everything you see on social media. this girls within the house are so materialistic and basic. can almost guarantee you won't have a deep conversation with one tri delt

Honestly, didn't have a great experience at your house during rush last year. BUT you guys seem to really care about your Philanthropy. Also, I have since realized that most DDDs are really sweet, and that one girl was probably just as nervous as me. I met a Tri Delt on my hall and she is such a fun person. It's probably for the best we didn't end up in the same house, otherwise we would be in way too much trouble lol.
