Three pushing it. FIVE a death sentence. PNM’s this is a clear and realistic warning. Housing corporations exist to guarantee a timeline of success for new chapters. Not having a house in a campus with HUGE housing projects is embarrassing and a show of the performance of their organization. APhi secures themselves by charging the year in full up front.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 1.4 Sigma Kappa could be better. For the past 5 years, they have been lying during rush, saying they are going to get a "new house," yet they can't and won't be able to afford it. They have had some scandals this year regarding bullying, causing girls to drop out, and hating on sororities above them (aka saying they are a different chapter when being caught on videotape doing something inappropriate). They shouldn't even be this high in the ranking. If you ask any frat guy who the bottom sorority is, they always say SK. Don't have any swaps, and have no relationships with any frats.

This is factual. Most sororities are smart enough to plan their extension, especially when it comes to having a house. That's why we all have housing corporations. It should take up to three years from chartering to dedication.

They also have a good reputation and it seems a great sisterhood, they are pretty tame and always know how to have a good time and they are super friendly and smart! They all have such diverse majors and it is pretty fascinating because they are able to obtain many study hours throughout their week.
