I have met so many Alpha phi’s and honestly they are very genuine and caring. They can have a bad rep but I don’t think they deserve it. Yeah they could branch out a little more according to other comments. However, they truly have the best type of girls in their house that everyone admires and wants to be friends with whether people admit to it or not.

For girls wanting to rush. If you’re primary reason for joining a house is popularity and status on campus among other Greek members for your first two years here (after that no one really cares) then this is actually a great house. You’ll make an ok group of friends that probably won’t last a life time and will definitely change over the fours year you’re here. However you will undeniable go to the best parties and associate with the best feats and get attention from the hottest southern gentlemen. However that is possible in other houses. If you care about sisterhood though I definitely recommend going with honestly any of the house on a delta row except maybe KD which will give you and outcome similar to Phi Mu, unless you’re out of state in which case you’re a second class citizen. But Tri Delt is an awesome choice if Old Row is important to you and honestly all of the other house are great options. Alpha Gam is a little preachy Jesus wise, ADPi is pretty laid back, and Delta Gamma is on the rise really fast despite being new. Think about what it is you’re looking for and go with that.

Ex roommate was a phi mu and she turned into a complete monster. these girls go into phi my being so sweet and fun and come out being self involved and awfully mean. The have a lot of hype around them because of how they look on social media but BEWARE...... these girls are crazy and everyone thinks so except them. Slowly dropping tiers. This years pledge class is such a downgrade.

The fact that people come on here to tear apart Phi Mu out of pure jealousy gives me second hand embarrassement for the people behind these accounts. I am not a Phi Mu, but I would NEVER come on here and call a pledge class a downgrade. The audacity for someone to hide their identity and talk about how horrible they think Phi Mu is because of one bad experience they had with someone involved in the organization is so cowardly and makes them no better than the claims they are making against them. To call a pledge class a downgrade because of looks, personality, whatever is not for anyone to judge? What entitlement were you given to come on here and try to belittle other people who your words may not even apply to. I am so disgusted by the comment I just saw and feel bad for whatever organization you are apart of that would have to put up with your judgemental and insecure attitude.

Honestly, this is one of the best sororities. They get such a bad rep but I have multiple friends in it that absolutely love it. Of course there are a few girls that are not the nicest but you will find that in every sorority. They are so genuine and caring and really are the best type of people.
