Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 2.6 As an ex-member of this sorority, I want to give PNM's some insight as to what has been happening in this house for the past 2 years. The exec board is trying to quickly bring this house up to top tier and with that, they don't care who's feelings they hurt in the process. The new, "better looking" girls bully other girls in the house that they feel are the ones bringing down the sororities reputation. Just a really sad, power-hungry, mean girl house.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 2.6 They've been moving towards more stereotypically attractive girls, but the grades have suffered even more than before. The 2016 exec was full of power-hungry girls who did not know how to treat other people with respect. The new exec is much better, but they are still extremely exclusive and want to micromanage everything to make the house "look better," but are losing a GOOD part of the sisterhood they used to have.

Grades may not be great but they are actually better than ever since gphi no longer has to take any girl they can get regardless of gpa. Check your facts before you speak please :)

OP here: literally a former sister so i know what i'm talking about. so many girls don't care about grades and are academically dishonest, so no the grades are not that much better. they're still second to last or last when grade reports come out

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 2.6 They have a lot of issues and drama with their sisterhood. Older girls aren't very nice to the new girls, cliquey, and overall trying to work it out, but there's still a lot of work to be done. If one GPhi thinks they're prettier of better in some way than another, they won't even associate with each other

Since getting their new house they have had great recruitments and their past three pledge classes have been great. Have one of the highest retention rate with girls returning and are known for having one of the best sisterhoods on the row. This house is improving everyday is now middle tier
