I’m in an upper mid tier OR house and I was impressed with their recruitment last year. They made me feel so welcome and were so much better than what I saw on this site. After being here a year, I think they are a great house....love the GPhis that were on my floor! Good luck in 2018. Pan love!

Pretty hot group of girls, people still hate them for pledge classes 3-4 years ago. Time for you to open your eyes and look at them now.

I really like these girls! PC 16 and 17 were great. Strong sisterhood with an independent vibe. They shed the “big girl” rep and their house is killer! On the rise and make PNMs feel welcome during recruitment. Best option with ADPi for bottom/mid tier. Perfect for strong PNMs and OOS with no connections to the top tiers!

Out of the 10 responses on this page, five are bottom tier and five are middle tier. I personally think middle tier now, but probably some others are looking back over the last few years. Why would you think they're ranking themselves? Surely they'd vote themselves higher. right?

I love all the GPhis I’ve met this year. Always felt super welcome in their house. Fun girls/good sisterhood (appears to be).

Love GPHi. Unfortunately the grades are not great, but they are on the rise. SO many empowered girls who are ready to change the old gphi.

literally nothing to say about them other than: pnms... run. always has been and always will be bottom tier here. feel bad for some of the pretty out of state girls that dont know how bad they are during rush and pledge gphi. mainly bigger, not so pretty girls who end up hating each other.. not the sisterhood i was looking for.. they also self rank on here, so once again, watch out.

This house is on the rise. They took some grade risks this year to rid themselves of the “big girl” house rep. Hopefully now they will focus on grades this recruitment and have a chance at cute, we’ll rounded girls. Their sisterhood has always been great and they have many awesome girls who are committed to their house. Good luck GPhi, you have the chance to be solid middle tier just remember what is important!

They’re getting cuter girls, but there’s a divide between PCs 16 and 17 versus older girls. Social house, beautiful physical house, but they have some seriously insane girls. I’ve seen several get into fights at darties. They’re rising, I just hope they take less QRs.
