Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 1.0 Take it from a girl who dropped. They won my heart over during recruitment, but everything after that was a downfall. Not a true sisterhood, save your money and don't join.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.6 Honestly, DZ is not what everyone says it is. Lots of guys like them and their pledge class this past fall was pretty good! Lots of girls have steady boyfriends and have really close sisters they love. I have many friends in DZ and they love it, and even if they have a bad rep they are all focused on making the house stronger and breaking that rep. All of the probation stuff people say about them is BS.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 1.2 This is hands down the worst sorority on campus. I 100% know his too because I have a good amount of friends who are DZ and they are always talking about what one sister did to another (not in a good way). There is no campus involvement. Guys do not like to party with them (only after party if you know what I mean) Honestly - do not pledge here. If you don't get the sorority you want vs this one - just wait and rush again next year when you know more people and can go to a better house.

I liked them during recruitment and went far with them because I had a rush crush sort of thing going for a while. I feel fortunate I did not end up there, though, because the members seem pretty disjointed and I know several who dropped after freshman year (or who will just not reconnect in the fall). Not sure what the issue is.

I see it very cliquey and nothing like they make it seem. That being said, there are a lot of girls I like and am friends with and respect that are a part of DZ. Just a few bad apples seem to ruin the whole bunch. They also don't know how to handle themselves with class and have been known to spread untrue rumors about other greek organizations
