I'm sorry, but in what world does that constitute a "good house." dz has been on a steep decline for decades. thats just the truth.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 1.0 Definitely a struggling house, along with AOPi. Other "lower ranked" houses have good things going for them and are known for good thing. DZ is known for having a cliquey sisterhood and mean girls. Take what you will from that.
