They can and will be very stuck up and will tell you that theyre better than other people. Sisterhood seems to start having cracks in it. Still a great house with nice enough girls

They may have good grades but that's because they are all interior design and fashion majors, which is easy. The best thing they will do is marry a phi gam. Boring not relevant girls. They aren't from influential classy families or big cities, just pretty faces.
