Theta chi this year isn't at all as good as others. The pc is so bad .... especially one , y’all know who I don’t need to say it. Bad rep for theta chi men overall by having him. Used to be a solid middle tier but have really missed the boat this year.

I don't see how they are ranked so highly on here. The brothers hook up with each other which is just weird. They had a swap last semester and not one brother took a girl home. Known as the rainbow fraternity on campus.
