They are not moving to University Blvd, no other Fraternities are moving to University Blvd per the master construction plan for the University.

This is a lie. The university is not planning to utilize that space. Instead, it's planning to do an expansion of Jefferson in the eventual future (per the Master Plan). Sig Tau is not going to suddenly build a new house. If anything, they will lose the current one after the lease expires, and then be given access to one of the expansion ones. If brothers are saying this, they are lying to shelter themselves from the fact they have a temporary lease and can't pledge more guys than the smallest off-campus group.
