Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 2.7 Delta Chi is being held back because they cannot retain the guys they get. They consistently get solid pledge classes and initiate 45-50 guys every year, yet for the past few years they have like 60 active brothers outside of pledges and can barely fill half of the rooms in their house. If they can find a way to improve their retention they would be competing with the better new row university houses, instead they rely on Chi Phi to pay for their darties, and let those weird kids come to their house bc they don’t have the funds to host events independently....

Delta Chi is being held back because they cannot retain the guys they get.
