Not having a house is really holding them back. I was taken as a date to their date party last week and I had sooooo much fun!! I went in their knowing only my date and I was welcomed by so many new people. The guys are a mix. There's some really hot guys and then some okay guys. They really know how to have a good time!!

They're not very large or involved, but they do know how to have a good time. Not many of them but there's a few hot ones definately

Great guys, once (if) they get a house they will definitely grow. I know the president and he is a great guy. If leadership stays on the right path I'd say in 7 years or so they could honestly be one of the top 10.

No one knows any Alpha Sigs. They just don't have a campus presence. They're the size of Phi Tau or Alpha Delta Phi which each have like 20-30something guys and have been here a year, but somehow are even lesser known than those loser fraternities.

The rankings I gave that were "average" were because I have no idea. They think that they are going to get a house, but obviously have no idea how much money it takes, let alone you cannot maintain a house with 30 members.
