sororities '16

My opinion and probably the general concensus with PC '16:

Theta (as usual, good work)
Alpha Phi (honestly killed it, very clearly above DG now)
DG (kind of struggling at this point, but pretty & rich girls)
Tridelt (did a great job this year)
Kappa (okay rush, not exactly what they expected probably)
SDT (same old, same old)
Pi Phi (they're gonna have to work hard to stay in this spot)
AEPhi (absolutely killed it this year, solidly above KD at this point and nearly above Pi Phi)
KD (too many sophomores in the new PC)
AZD (got a LOT of cute girls, really nice job)
AXO (would've been above KD if not for snap bids and so many upperclassmen deactivating due to drama)
PSS (nothing great, nothing notable)
Phi Mu (severely under quota)

In terms of personal preference, "tiers" would probably be:

Theta/Alpha Phi
DG
Tridelt/Kappa
SDT
Pi Phi/AEPhi
KD
AZD/AXO
PSS
Phi Mu

I really hope AXO can get out of this rut, they've been having such a rough time but are such a good house, it's sad to see them slip to nearly PSS level

Even with a bunch of sophomores, axo is above azd and on par with kd, if not rising above. Tridelt might be on par with kappa, but definitely not above. Pi phi and aephi are similar now, but preference is based on your personality.
