No, it all depends on the frat/sorority member numbers which change from year to year, hence the list of who does fall informal rush fluctuates.

Just want to make you aware that if you got cut from a frat or sorority this spring it will make your chances slim of getting in at fall rush. You would have had to make it to the last day of the rounds this spring to stand a chance. Maybe you could get to know people in different frats or sororities this spring and hope they help you in the fall. Perhaps you could reconsider the frat or sorority that you cut and give them another chance in the fall. Or see if they're doing COB now.

FYI 9 frats are currently doing second round recruitment. This is a chance to join a frat if you missed out first round.

Not only bottom houses do it. Any house can do it, not to meet quota bc most do, but bc they just want more members and more money. Nothing wrong with it, I think it's awesome
