In all honestly do any houses take juniors?
Also do only "lower tier" houses participate in fall rush?

Yes! SAE does fall rush every year if you’re willing to lower yourself to that level. Better houses do sometimes as well.

Some decent house do fall rush as well, but mostly the bottom-middle tier frats. Also, not too sure on which frats (if any) take juniors but I assume that bottom ones wouldn’t be too picky.
