Is there any way to join a sorority after bid day in this semester?

Some sororities will do informal recruitment if they haven't met quota for their pledge class or chapter, but they'll probably all be bottom tier.

Houses under quota may choose to give snap bids (individual offers to girls after bid night) or take a financial hit otherwise. Informal recruitment takes place in the Fall, and you can contact the recruitment chairs of each house to find out more about their events/process in the fall.
