For the past years it's been DG and Aphi either on the same level or one above the other. DG has a ton of old money and are the richest house. Theta recently had a slightly better pledge class because of Kappa illegally spreading rumors about aphi during rush which backfired onto them too, so that's where it's at right now.

They don't have the hottest girls, they just blatantly advertise the same hot girls over and over on social media - being in their house and seeing them collectively during rush, or just looking at a ton of the girls carrying their red bags around campus, you will quickly see they're not as hot as they'd like to think they are.

It's Cornell. Lmao. There are like 10 hot girls in each top house collectively. The top hot girls in aphi happen to be hotter than the others though so that's probably why. But honestly it's those top girls that the core four has that make them the core four in the first place hahahaha
