Theta

(With potential to switch Theta and DG based on preferences, but I think Theta appeals to way more girls, and DG has the potential to turn people off, so I'm going on desirability here.)
Upper:
Tridelt
Kappa
SDT
(Hard and fast. I think Tridelt was another house with very universal appeal, and all the girls there I know personally are really genuine. While Kappa and SDT do well compared to most houses based on other things, their personalities could, in general, use some work.)
Middle:
Pi Phi
AEPhi
KD
(With a gap between Pi Phi and the other two--if they became more visible and involved on campus, I think they'd rise really quickly. I was very surprised during rush last year by how beautiful/cool so many of the girls were, since they're usually ranked around middle.)
Lower:
PSS/AXO
(Weirdly controversial--I'm putting them next to each other because I think this is very much dependent on how this rush goes, as well as personal preferences. PSS is much more social and goes out more, and AXO is more laid-back--at least in general, obviously there are both kinds of girls in both houses.)
Bottom:
AZD
PM
(AZD does a lot of self-ranking, and has been solidly bottom for years, despite their ridiculously nice house. My most awkward conversations were there, easily. I liked PM a lot, and I think their philanthropy is really impressive, but the fact of the matter is they'll need a house to move up very far--I know a lot of people who cut them because of it.
