These are the most accurate ratings I've seen so far. A lot of the previous rankings have not been updated. Alpha delt is definitely top tier these days and the fraternities in the upper and upper middle section seem accurate, but I would probably move Sammy to middle tier and move Pike or Pi Kapp to lower middle instead.

I mean, come on. A ranking and then a follow up comment 4 min later... both at 2:30am? It's either ZBT, Sammy, Pike, or Pi Kapp. This self ranking needs to end. For that matter, all these rankings need to end.
