descriptions of sororities and comparison of aspec

I've noticed this site does a great job of finding a ranking, but sub par on describing the houses -- personalities, philanthropy, etc.,.
I hope the ranking in this post isn't up for debate. I tried to put aside what I thought and go with the site's consensus (which I feel is represented by campus). Hopefully this will facilitate where freshmen can ask questions.
DG
REP: Known for being beautiful, wealthy party girls. Some of them are total knock outs (like jaw dropping), most of them are just pretty. Their philanthropy isn't too visible on campus. They pretty much just mix with the top frats.
MY TAKE: This women know how to rage and keep it together in the classroom. They're always out on any given out, but they're also leaders on campus. They tend to be very fashionable and put together. I party with a few of them and I have found them to be consistently kind and good about checking in on people. A lot of the girls are from California, the Northeast, and international. Lots of girls on the tennis team.
As far as wealth/connections, I will say that as a student from a very affluent background/family, I did feel targeted at DG. They are notorious for taking legacies too. On the bright side, this results in a tight knit sisterhood of girls who really understand each other.
THETA:
REP: Known for being "hipsters". All the girls are pretty but in a natural way, not the manufactured way of Alpha Phi. They don't do a lot of visibility events, but instead pair up with

Alpha Xi: In the past, they were known for taking anyone -- "anywhere but AZD". They're getting more selective this year, but that means they had to take fewer girls. Not very visible on campus, don't tend to go out too often. I find the house to be inclusive and sweet, as well as academic. Kind of sheltered. Girls join because they love the idea of being in a sorority, so they tend to love each other and not care about rankings (I think outburst on here was just a few). I find them to be preppy and housewifey. Mixes with middle and lower, good attendance.
Phi Mu: New to campus, I think they did well in getting a few good looking girls. They are bound to do lots of sisterhood bonding because of their high funding and newness, so if you want a house with that join. Mixes with middle and lower. ?? attendance.
NOTES: overall, you join a house for you, not the reputation, so I hope this helps. If any other people have notes on the houses, please add!
HOUSING:
Close campus location on North: KD, Tri Delt, DG, Alpha Phi, Kappa
Really far location: AZD, AXO, AEPhi, SDT
Great location on West (close to campus but uphill, close to frats/ctown): Theta, Phi Sig Sig

Although I understand not putting Alpha Chi with KD/Phi Sig, I also don't think you can put them with AZD/Phi Mu. 1st, no PNM would chose AZD/Phi Mu over AXO. 2nd, the mixing schedules are DRASTICALLY different. Although AXO might be falling, I think they should be with KD/Phi Sig for those reasons. Or maybe an in betweener like AEPhi.

I actually laughed when I saw that. They're lower middle, and Pi Phi is sort of between that and upper tier.
