KD's recent couple of PC's have been bad. period....and I still don't understand why AEPhi thinks they're above Pi Phi. Frats still like Pi Phi much more which shows in both houses' mixer lineups. AEPhi's barely middle tier.

Calling aephi "barely middle tier" is a bit unfair. They're middle tier, period, you know? Saying barely makes them seem like they're lower than they deserve to be, especially since they're on the rise

KD has sort of fallen off. Were on the rise for a few years (around the time of the porch remodel) but have been declining since then.
