This is the most accurate ranking I've seen on their, although I think AXO/KD/PSS together is better than aephi/kd, although the difference between those three and aephi is pretty negligible.
As someone who is in one of those four sororities with many friends in the rest of them, yes, they ALL get mixers with the top tier frats. Rare but true for all. My sorority goes to their date nights/formal stop although I'm not sure about the others.
That's the difference I see between those three and azd/phi mu, that and mostly selectivity during rush. The upper bottom tier tends to be more normal/prettier.

I still wouldn't lump azd and phi mu together for selectivity OR the formals they go to. Ive seen everyone from alpha phi to azd to aephi at the same formals every semester. Phi Mu only isn't there because they have not become established enough to know people. everyone in every house ends up at formals and date nights regardless of what you think about mixer schedules.
