solid, but I think Llenroc and Phi Sig are above Pi Kapp. let's not forget how many pledges they lost this year.

Delta Chi is nowhere near number 5. Psi U should be lower than number 3. Sig Pi should be higher than 5. Also ZBT shouldn't be that low. Besides that I agree with the rest of the rankings- good job

Pretty good but Pike should be dropped to the bottom of the middle tier. Sig nu is definitely in limbo between upper and middle, and lambda chi could possibly be swapped for it.

way higher than phi delt. the guys in the house were getting bids from upper and middle tier frats consistently. They've mixed with some of the core four and sdt girls love them. It seems like pi phi does too. they will establish themselves solidly high in middle tier by next year

ZBT mixes with the same houses as middle-middle/upper-middle tier, so that's where I'd put it. Upper middle tier sororities mix with them a lot.

pi kapp should be below phi sig and so should pike and llenroc followed by phi delt kappa sig and then AGR

alpha delt is definitely on par with DX and DU, they're a ton of fun and got a good PC. all three of those frats have extremely different vibes but similar standings, and they don't really go out of the core 4 + SDT range for mixing. whichever one you prefer is more about personal preference than anything.
