fix of last post: better rankings

The last post "Simple Frat Rankings w/ '15 PC)" was one of the worst I've seen on here. Seemed like some Alpha Delt or Sig Pi put that together.

FIX the Top 10:
1) Sig Chi
2) Sig Phi
3) Psi U
4) DU / Alpha Delt
6) Delta Chi
7) Sig Pi
8) Chi Phi
9) Phi Psi
10) Lambda Chi

Next up: Sig Ep (Good PC apparently), FIJI, Sig Nu, Sammy (Good PC)

i'd remove sig ep from the conversation entirely, and have sig nu at 10 still (haven't heard about their pledge class). while they havent done as great, still have that rep. it goes a long way.

please stop making new rankings. its obvious anyone who makes one has an agenda (hint DU/lambda). Also it clear you aren't that knowledgeable about all of these houses when you're putting sig nu and sammy next to each other

Ever notice how anytime a frat is listed at the top of its tier people cry about how they're self ranking?

Frats are basically equal among tiers, it comes down to preference. If a girl likes rich boys she'd rank psi u and alpha delt high, if she likes fratty meatheads she'll put sit chi and du high, it's as simple as that.
