Alpha phi will drop to mid tier especially after their older girls graduate. Pc 2012 was NOT stacked. Sdt stole dgs girls, will be making a comeback while deeg is falling. Tridelt and axo also did well. Phi sig didn't do better than Kd/azd...sorry.

This is all dumb. This year a lot of girls finally chose houses that they liked the best without preconceived notions because acb went down and the houses that usually have their pick of the crop didn't anymore. A lot of how "well" a house does depends on retention rate: how many girls decide to come back and I can tell you right now that half of the "Core 4" did not get great ones. Times are changing, rankings below are dead wrong especially if you wanna "base on 2012 pledge classes"

i don't know why piphi is consistently ranked "middle-tier." their pledge class this year is rather unfortunate-looking. they keep being ranked this highly solely on their supposed "personality."

agreed. there is a distinct gap between the top 5 houses and pi phi/tridelt. however, which do you guys think did better of the two?
