I'm no sure where everyone is getting this idea that chapter consultants can't talk to potential new members, that's 100% a thing for small chapters. And that's the case for phi mu- the chapter currently isn't large enough to accomadate the large number of girls coming through, and so they bring in chapter consultants from their national organization

Totally do. Think about it phi mu has less than half the amount of sisters of others houses yet they are expected to see the same amount of pmns. The only way they are able to do this is by bringing in extra people

Don't be stupid. It is a panhel rule that you can only talk to sisters of that chapter, so the only Cornell students can talk to you. Ask your rho gamma if your so concerned, don't spread rumors. PM has a lot of transfers who have never lived on North.
