question from a clueless freshman girl

Are their payment plans for dues- who should I ask about it, my rho gamma? Do they cover this during rush? I've gotten various answers. Can anyone with experience chime in? I'm paying for everything myself through on campus employment.

Lol at everyone ignoring you. First just rush because every house is different. Then ask. If you can't pay then you can just drop, you aren't bound by anything until you sign.

I know in my house there are special payment plans depending on what you can afford, but I'm not sure about other houses.

During house tour round each house covers dues. Some houses are significantly more expensive than others and this can help you make your decisions if cost is an important factor for you!

Find out BEFORE you sign your bid if you are at all concerned about costs. If you think you might drop right away after signing and joining, don't sign - it's misleading to the girls that you are committing to join, and you're potentially taking away a spot from another girl who would have loved to be in the house you get into.
