So this is phi sig putting themselves way too high up but masking that by having theta top and tridelt with SDT and expecting everyone to freak out about that instead. Phi sig, you're bottom. When you can fill a pledge class and not have half the people turn down their bids we'll talk.

SDT has been falling for the past few years and there's not much if anything that sets them apart above the rest of the middle tier anymore. Their rep is falling. Though Alpha Phi has been having some trouble, I would still put them above theta, and make DG #2. I would also switch AXO and PSS based on reputation.

I agree with this if AXO is put on par with KD and PSS is bumped down. AXO has better retention than PSS and a better sisterhood. I think the middle tier has also changed from what it's been known as the past few years. SDT isn't what it once was and has become known for poor sisterhood. Tridelt has been getting classier over the past couple of pledge classes, and AEPhi has also been able to move up from bottom to middle tier now that PM is here. Pi Phi has declined slightly and hasn't had much of a presence, but is still solidly above AEPhi. As for the top tier, Alpha Phi and DG are top but might be having trouble holding on with all of their social probation drama. It'll be interesting to see what happens after rush with these houses.
