Rest don't really mix. Top and upper tier mix mostly (sometimes exclusively in the case of some top frats, depending on the year) with top sororities with some middle tier thrown in, the solid/uppermiddles will dabble with top but mostly has strong middle relations, middle and lower middle go for middle and lower sororities only.

One thing to note is that everyone does have friends in every house for the most part. You may not mix often as two houses but that doesn't mean you can't socialize.
