PC '25 DESCRIPTIONS/TEIRS

So many of these posts are being made by upperclassmen who either have no idea what's actually happening with rush or are just grinding to make their house look good. This list's just based on the PCs, NOT the actual ranks of the houses themselves.

C4 PCs: SX, Snu, AD, DU
Sig Chi, Snu, AD, and DU all did well, about the same as they usually do. Which PC is objectively better depends on what kind of people you prefer hanging around. AD usually takes the best rushes but this year they were spread pretty evenly between Snu, Sig Chi, and AD. DU took a solid PC too and remains firmly within the C4, especially after Chi Psi's rush failure.

Upper-tier PCS: DX, SAE, ZBT, Chi Psi (?)
DX did very well with rush this year and took a good PC. Great mix of nice guys which could help establish them at the top of the upper-tier frats above Chi Psi. SAE's the big surprise of this year. They took a WAY better PC than they were supposed to and stole lots of rushes from other houses, especially sig pi. Overall a good group of guys that should help them a lot. ZBT did the same as they usually do, taking a good PC with lots of jewish and NYC kids. They're a very good spot atm. Chi Psi really struggled, and have a pretty small PC made up of a couple sig chi drops, a few decent guys they stole from other houses, and some other guys they hit up after only a handful of people signed their bids. Ultimately they're not in as bad a situation as people on this site make it seem, but it's significantly worse than they were supposed to do.

?-Tier PC: Sig Pi
They got cooked, most of their rushes dipped for other houses. They still have a small number of guys from their original PC, we'll see what happens as COB continues. Still a good house but it's clear they've been struggling and they're being carried by their upperclassmen.

HM: AGR. HUGE PC for these guys. Fun group of ag guys.
